Web Status and E-mail Notification

Web Status:

Web Status empowers our clients with the ability to check the status of their legal documents any day any time, from any computer, smart phone, or other device connected to the Internet. The information that may be viewed includes service information when the document is "closed out" and the status of your legal process before it is "closed out." In addition, by clicking on the "attachment" button at the bottom of the page, a copy of the Return of Service Affidavit and invoice may be viewed and printed. (Note: the "attachment" feature requires a pdf reader. If you require one, it may be obtained by scrolling toward the bottom of our LINKS page and clicking the “Get Adobe Reader®” icon.)

For a demonstration of the Web Status, click on STATUS CHECK then type the word "Test" (without the quotes) for both the Login Name and Password. To view the comments of a specific document, click on that document's number in the "PST Number" column, on the left side. For example, if you wish to view the comments for the document directed to Terry Black, click on "2001000011" in the far left column. These instructions are also on the Status Check login page. This service is available to our clients for no additional charge.

E-mail Notification:

If our clients so choose, they may receive status information regarding their legal document via e-mail. (Note: The e-mail address provided must be accessible from the Internet, some firms only allow firm e-mail to be received from within the firm (Intranet)). If this is the case and you and/or your staff have access to the Internet, a free e-mail account may be obtained from a variety of sources, such as GMail.com, Yahoo.com, etc. Second, in order to be effective, the e-mail address supplied by your firm must be checked regularly. We recommend that the e-mail be checked a minimum of once a business day. This service is also available to our clients for no additional charge.

Web Status and E-mail Notification combination.

Many of our cliental elect to take advantage of both Web Status and E-mail Notification. The clients that do elect to take advantage of both these services have reported them to be greatly beneficial individually and they are together, outstanding. Especially since both these services are offered FREE to our clients.

Individually, either of these valuable services will save time. Together they are, as one of our client stated "Good as gold." The information is readily available without having to make telephone calls or having to wait for our office to open.
